LOW VOLTAGE 2009 dodge ram 6.7l diesel
after installing the alternator the problem still occur, so i had a really good electrician check everything for me and he came to a conclusion that it was the regulator in the vehicles computer that was acting up, so he installed a new external regular and now the truck is charging just fine...- der24

I should be getting a brand new alternator from the dealer and new batteries tomorrow these are all advice from the dealer.- der24

I have a 2009 dodge ram, my voltage gauge shows a low reading of 12v and the batteries die out when i drive it. we tested the alternator on a tester the reading was 14.5 but when installed in the vehicle the gauge does not rises to 14.5v, I need help this is extremely frustrating because i just...- der24
