its all the same... we have a custom built t-rex replacement front and rear bumper on a truck on the showroom, a topgun front bumper on another 6. 7l on the lot, and there is no additional work than on a 5. 9

In case you didn't get the message yet, I verified this w/ our lead tech, and he is in total agreeance w/ RGrizzle, I would replace the fuse w/ a 2 amp fuse, and probably let the service manager who you will be talking w/ know about this.

I just ran your VIN, and Dealer Connect came back w/ these results as far as possibilities based on a P242:
P242B-EXHAUST GAS TEMP SENSOR CIRCUIT PERFORMANCE - BANK 1 SENSOR 3
P242C-EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW - BANK 1 SENSOR 3
P242D-EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE...
depending on the afe kit (either the xp or cx kit) the breather tube literally just gets "shoved" into a rubber grommet in the torque tube portion of the intake. on the one's we have done here, the fit seemed very tight, but if that hole was somewhat too large, it could very easily cause a leak...
45/5500 Springs
Here's the pictures I promised, highlighted is an extra spring/spacer on the 5500. The most important difference is the payload ratings. 5500 is from 10,570lbs. to 11,980lbs. 4500 is from 8,150lbs to 8,960lbs. depending on the Cab to Axel and Standard or Quad Cab.

The 52 gallon tank on the 35/45and 5500 is located were the spare tire is on the non-chassis cab trucks, plus the frame is totally different. I can't tell you that there is not room for a larger fuel tank on the non-chassis cab trucks, and I do agree it would be nice, however, even pulling...
