Sag2... Thx for your responses. The actuator was actually frozen in 4WLo, how it happened beats me. Replacing seems to have been the right move. Trucks back on the road, time to hook up and go fishing.

Okay... lots of no's... . please explain. Are you saying the actuator wasn't bad (1st no)? Are you saying that replacing it is not the fix (2nd no)? Glad that a diff service didn't cause it.

Okay turns out the actuator was bad. Replaced, seems to have fixed the problem. New question: is there anything, we could have done while servicing the front diff (cover off, cleaned, new fluid in, etc. ) that could have caused the actuator failure? I don't see how, but.....

Well the Floor-It CP3 kit is installed. Definite performance improvement, although not alot, it is noticeable. The original solenoid was sticky, causing delays when coming off throttle, that is now resolved by the upgrade. Bob sorry I didn't speak with John... But will send regards should I have...

CP3 Upgrade - Arson vs. Floor-It Looking to upgrade the CP3. Does anyone have experience with either an Arson III or Floor-It kit? Would you recommend one over the other? Have you had any issues with one or the other?

Installed MiniMaxx yesterday and immediately started getting error codes P0500 and U0121. Communications with the ABS ECU problem. Did two things I read about; changed ABS speed sensor on rear def and filled spare fuse slots. No change. Still have ABS and Brake lights on, as well as CEL. And of...

Well perhaps the differential isn't (yet) the problem after all. Code indicates that the issue is the driver side front wheel bearing... Costly yes. . as bad as the rear differential, not.
