I put a Cheap Carter on the frame temporarily. I know it’s pumping because I did a fill test. I also added an Air Dog to replace the Carter. It’s mounted but not plumbed yet .

I have the airdog already mounted on the frame , I just need to finish up and install the hoses and wire harness. Btw-this morning was very hard to start. Had to give it a very slight shot of ether. It also stalled briefly in traffic but started right back up.

that's interesting. I had none of those problems with my 96. I did replace all the front end parts, idler arms, Pittman and ball joints at 360,000 miles. No problems with the injectors or pumps. It's at 445,000 and still going strong .
