I changed over to the small magnetic puck xm antenna and the shop connected it to the back of the factory radio, not sure what connector they used. This apparently disabled the gps antenna but since I don't use the NAV, it didn't bother me. I get good reception and didn't get any error messages...
Do you happen to recall which way (CW or CCW) you turn to lower the beams. My eyes aren't that good but when I look at the stamp on either side of the hole it sure looks like on the left side of the screw is an up/down arrow with R at the top and L at the bottom. Only problem it looks to me...

I've got about 5K miles and have just added my 3rd 2.5 gal DEF container (plus whatever was in it from the factory). Most of the miles are towing with 5k in the bed and towing a 7K trailer. Seems like a lot to me.
