Eco recall, will Service do the reflash even if you don't want it?

I am trying to decide if I want to take the settlement money and let them reflash the computer. On TDR and from friends they say that they had significant performance losses after the recall reflash. My question is, when I take the ecodiesel in for service (if I don't take the settlement)...

    Air bag recall?

I have two 2007 TD's, one 2500 and one 3500 dually. Today I googled Fed list of vehicles being recalled for exploding airbags. I see Ram 2500/3500 for years 2005/2008 listed for the recall. I called the local Ram dealer and service guy ducked the question he said that Corporate would send me a...

GVWR, CGVWR and payload for 2007 Ram's

Has anyone done a comparison between 2500 series Turbo Diesels, 3500 Single rear wheel Turbo Diesels and 3500 dual rear wheel Turbo Diesels as to payload and towing capacity? How much more payload and or trailer weight can you handle with a DRW over a SRW? How much more payload and trailer...

    What is correct charging voltage

My 07 CTD 2500 charges at 15 volts as noted on my dash gage and two seperate Fluke meters. Isn't this a bit high, I'm thinking 13. 8 V might be a better max charge rate? What does Mopar say? Wouldn't this high a voltage tend to cook the batteries?

    40's/50's Power Wagon's

Nobody has mentioned Cabell Garbee. He has a whole lot of info posted on putting a 4BT into his M37, along with a bunch of research on tires, wheels, trans, data and other good stuff. Google Garbee and Cummins, or similar. you will find it... ... ... ... .

    pre/post lube pumps

Does anyone know if a timed pre/post lube pump setup is offered for the Cummins? We use them on industrial engines to assure good oil flow to bearings before cranking up and to keep turbo lubed for a couple of minutes after shutdown. I can build my own but don't want to invent something that is...
