I would like to hear from some members what your getting for fuel economy with gearing combo !
Just took a trip to Miami with my new 2014 2500 crew cab longbed 4x4 (empty) and got "hand calculated"
21.83mpg cruising at 68-70 mph 3.42 gearing.
It leaks by the unit bearing . I don't have any kind of diagram to see the actual part name . But I was just curious if anyone had experience with Yukon front end locking hubs , because I'm planning on making the switch to manual locking hubs; and Yukon is offering a good deal on their hubs .
Has anyone used or installed spin free hubs from Yukon Gear Axle? My 2006 3500 4x4 has a small wet spot that just started. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. And does anyone have experience with this company and their hubs ?:confused::confused:

My 92 has been starting slow lately , and yeterday it just wouldn't start . Battery pus out 12. 2 volts and the starter recieves 12. 2 volts when I turn the key nothing happens. No click from the solenoid or spin from the starter . Any idea what it could be ?
I just changed out my battery clamps and now starter turns weak , & all my lights on the left side are dimmer then the ones on the right , also my alternator is constanly putting out 18amps at all times on the dash gauge . But when you turn the headlights on the gauge drops to halfway and stays...
Its 2006 manual 3500 quad cab dually 4x4 completely stock except for a chip and , 19. 5 commercial rim setup. It only happens when you pass 2300rpms on the tachometer. Anything below that it runs fine .
:confused:My dodge 3500 4x4 turbo goes into free spool mode as soon as i hit 2300 rpms. Up till 2300 rpms it works perfectly fine but as soon as i rev past that there is an instant drop in power . Any advice ?
My 92 dodge d250 2wd with 5spd standard just started to to make grinding noises in 1st gear halfway through second and reverse. There's no grinding in 3rd , 4th , and 5th gear. Any advice on what is wrong , or does the transmission need to be rebuilt or replaced?
