Air lift and ride rite make some pretty great bags. The ride rite actually hase come out with an app that you can use on your phone to air them up and down. It's pretty cool!
Be careful when buying injectors. You will want to make sure they are in fact bosch injectors and not knock offs. I highly recommend BBI injectors. They have over 25 years in engineering and designing. They are the only ones that i push. The support is amazing as well as the products.
We sell alot of the bak flip covers. They seem to be holding up well. Some covers you have to be careful because in extreme cold temps they do not want to operate correctly. If you are not working with anyone ill be happy to help ya out with a cover.

This is what i have had to do on multiple aftermarket headlights i have bought. I know yours are stock but still same concept. i always seal them entirely before installing never had an issue again. Might be worth a shot.
