I bought a 1999 24 valve 4x4 I ordered drilled and slotted rotors and pads off of E bay And calipers only thing that seems like it fits is the pads According to E bays fit mit ment the rotors fit both 2500 and 3500 and the rotors fit loosely but I believe may tighten up once the wheels are on...

Your problem is the plastic fuel supply lines , the connector has " O" rings and your problem can be at both ends most likely at the lift pump . Go buy a fuel grade fuel ,cut off the stupid connector and slide the fuel line over should 3/8" and double clamp it then install it on your lift pump ...
