Yes you can do this and it will work fine. I found it easier to tap into the front speaker. The sound is decent.

If I lug it on any type of grade in od I can get to 1350 quick. When I down shift into 3rd egt's run about 1100 or so. The probe is pre turbo.

Towing @ 60mph. Gear ratio is 3:73. Tire size is 295/70/17. I can get them to run up real quick if there is any type of grade. I notice also thatafter a good long tow the truck seems to run smoother and better.

Was wondering what i could do to lower my egt's? when I'm towing my 15k fiver average is around 1000* on flat ground. Smarty jr is set on #2. Have afe intake, and blade runner, also cut out the cat and changed the muffler. was thinking about a water meth. kit. Any suggestions would be great.

I had started out with the coil spacer and did not care for it at all. Installed the kore kit and it is so much better. I too installed the air bags in the rear and also have the bilsteins all the way around. Go for the kore kit over the spacer. You won't be dissapointed.

I was just currious at what point should I be concerned with exhaust gas temps? I heard 1350. Didn't know if this was true or not.

Have had mine for a month. Very happy with it. No timing rattles. Towed my 16k fiver on the #2 setting. BIG improvement over stock. Exhaust gas temps are lower than stock just as they said.
