The petcock on the filter works its just that a lot of fuel sits in the area you see (the 8 sections). I guess just dropping it into a bucket is best .

This is a shot of the cap on the rear filter. The problem is there is a drain but it only drains the fuel in the very bottom of the cap (what you can see through the center hole). Has anyone drilled holes in the This leaves a bunch of fuel in the top half of the cap (above the 8 "pie" sections)...
