I’ve been using it since my truck was new. A newer local Union 76 station carries it. I’ve seen some Cheveron station carrying it now with labeling of 80% renewable mixed with biodeisel.
I’ve been using renewable diesel almost since new. Noticed slightly better mileage and cetane is crazy high. From reading anywhere from 75-90 range. I agree on the smell. No issue with filters either. Slightly higher in price than regular #2 in my area of the Bay.
No need for alignment after drag link replacement. Only adjusting the new drag link to straighten the steering wheel. You can measure the new with the old to be close.
I have a set of stock 275/70/18 Firestones off my 2022 including the spare. Took them off around 2,500 miles. Located SF North Bay (Sonoma County).
Price: $525
Where did I say, I utilized a box wrench???? Everything was torqued with a torque wrench. Your ASSumptions is far off.
Whether you’re a cheerleader or work for the company. That’s the case Crazy. Apparently someone on page 1 had issues also. No, they never ask for any of the components...
The tie rod would not tighten down with the pinch bolt torqued to specs. You could actually swing the drag link grabbing from the center of the bar. Everything set like the instructions stated. Called Synergy and sent video and pics of the tie rod end into the drag link bar on knuckle side...
I’m retiring in two years and Northern Idaho is one of the areas I’m looking at. Other than no state income tax in Washington, Idaho taxes are mostly cheaper across the board. Other two areas looking at also are Wyoming and/or possibly Arizona if it not ruined by Californians politics by then...
I was one of them that purchased the Synergy Drag Link and replaced with the OEM 19+ drag link. I was not impressed with the Synergy Drag Link and customer service.
You can thank the California State Legislature for the increase without voters approval. The gas tax acouple years ago that passsed legislation for road repairs, also had very small print (hidden) increase in vehicle registration fees.
The roads are still in bad shape in the SF Bay Area.
Up here in the North Bay prices are anywhere from $3.79 to $3.99. With maybe some small off brand fuel station sprinkled around with slightly lower pricing. Slightly cheaper as you get out of the SF Bay Area. Especially Sacramento/Roseville area.
I added the part a while back on my’18. Pricey for what it is, but looks better and keeps items out of sight with the door. Took about 10-15 minutes to install.
