A small correction to this topic, the vehicle in question is an '04. The topic author(at the other site) has taken a closer look at the vehicle and provided this newest info.
You can beleve it or not, but the source it came from seems reliable if he saw one in his shop. The Mercedes is NOT the standard diesel as I read the info, just an optional engine available in those models.
my trans has a factory trans temp light is that not enought thing about trans temps there is nutting u can do about them if u have a cooler thats all u can do theres no changing it
