It sounds like some of the aftermarket items have been improperly installed and just need to be moved to a relay(s) that is driven by an ignition trigger.
None of the listed accessories should be straight to the battery.
Due to the tire recall on my 21 3500 SRW, I just upgraded to the Falken Wildpeak At3w's in a 285/75/18 (Stock height, no rub). About 100 miles on them now, and have zero complaints...

To do that, I would either have to lose a speaker out of the factory stereo system, or use an aux input and not be able to listen to the stereo while driving.
