    Thanks for the input. Here's an update. Drove across CA, west to east, and problem was present as the "miss" under load, not noticeable at cruise (5th gear, manual), but maybe present. After my visit, I checked connections again where fueling box is spliced, cleaned IAT, and then adjusted APPS...

    I've never had that problem, but I would suspect either seat is damaged, line or injector, or "nut" got cross threaded, making it seem to be torquing correctly, but not being so. Rotohead's solution also sounds good. I'm just a simple homebuilder, and mechanic by necessity!

    Just as in residential plumbing, if a compression seal fitting is leaking, while dope may "fix" it, the problem is the "dope" who did the work. I can't tell you exactly what's wrong, but time for a new mechanic.

    Here's the issue. I've had an intermittent, now constant issue under load. It may be a "miss", feels like you're driving on washboards when it happens. It's noticeable under load 3&4 gear uphill pulls, anytime with trailer. Runs fine at idle and cruise. Here's my rig: '99 2500 w/205k. Free...
