    2007 International 4300 with DT466 - fuel system issues

    I have 2008 international 4300 model I have a problem when I turn off the engine and try to start it back it doesn't start if I spray with starter fluid it starts right away I checked the pressure hey give me only 200 but when it starts and goes up to 900 and runs perfect no problems at all ...
