    Yup. Brand new fluid, temp never got above 180 degrees (I installed a trans temp gauge when I put the double deep pan on).

All is fine on the flats and smaller grades but when we went over 4th of July Pass and the transmission downshifted, it revved up and then slammed into gear twice before...

    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Bypass Filter Oil Return

    Does anyone have a way to plumb in the return line from a bypass filter other than the Amsoil Oil Filter Cap? I seem to be unable to get them to ship one.
