Interesting to see your question about the Automatic Trans, I just traded my 98.5 Ram for a 2010 2500 4WD Cummins on Thursday!
The 98.5 has 163,000 on the clock, and I decided to take the plunge!
After the initial sticker shock, I managed to work out a pretty good deal!
The new one only has @250 miles on it as of today.
This new Automatic seems to be really well matched to this new engine!
Really strong, good ranges, nice shifts, and you can't argue with the built in exhaust brake.
