In the auto parts stores I can only find barbed connectors up to 3/8". That transition between 1/2" to 3/8" (or officially 11/32") is the problem. I guess I will need to invent something.
I know this is an old thread... However, I need to replace the original booster to vac pump vac hose on my 95. The hose is no longer available at the dealer. The problem is the vac pump connection and the brake booster connection are 1/2 while the T connection (for aux vac) is 11/32. The...
Discovered I still have a very small air leak. I put the feed line into a jug of fuel and the fuel pressure moved right up. 20# idle and 28# at 2500 no load. Time to check each connection again.
What fuel pressure is the norm? I have a stock 95 2500. There are no performance aftermarket parts on the truck and no adjustments in this area have been made. In the last two weeks I have replaced the entire fuel delivery system.

CKelley1...
I've read several threads where people have disconnected or bypassed the fuel heater and/or the primary screen filter (for various reasons).
Has anyone bypassed the entire assembly, including the OEM filter? I'm thinking about adding an inline filter assembly (like FASS, Air Dog, etc. ). If...
Anyone have a source for original wheels? Or better yet, anyone replace their original wheels and have been storing them ever since?
I purchased a 95 Dodge 2500 TD Extended Cab a couple of months ago. The previous owner had a blow out that did considerable damage to the right rear due to...
