I reused the manifold to motor gaskets per dodge tech and replaced the turbo to manifold gasket cause I had one sitting around. Manifold to Block gaskets are insane expensive from the dealer but the turbo gasket was only like 11 bucks.
I have an 04. 5 DRW LWB as well. Industrial injection sps62/14, ATS exhaust manifold, banks intercooler and pipes and intake horn, afe stage 2 intake, 4" free flow exhaust and edge juice with monitor gives you all the gauges and the turbo cool down timer. All this for under 2600 bucks. I towed...
I would think that with all the modern circutry ie: rubicon lockers only work in 4 lo and below certian mph... . that they would be able to make it safe for the less knowledgeable. Just my two cents.
Around the same milage I lost and entire rear ds, and the left front axle shaft. They denied my warranty due to edge box and a few other goodies including the fass.
I had to do the washer thing as well, There aren't enough threads on the studs as the flange on the manifold is a tad thinner. Pull each nut off and put a lock washer uner each and re torque, should be good to go.
