I can't remeber if it came bent or I bent it myself. I know I had to drill new holes for it. Is the bracket painted black, or powder coated? If it's painted, I mord then likely bent it myself and repainted it.
I had skids on my truck, and I got lucky the mods I did to the bracket gave me space between it and the skids and I completely forgot about the skid plate until I bolted it back up! I got lucky, and as you can tell I forgot to mention it to you!!
I no longer have the truck, and can't seem to find the pics. From what I remember I had the AD at a right angle to the frame and I had to drill new holes in the mountains bracket to mount it that way. I will continue to look for the pics
I can't remember exactly, but I mounted mine inside the frame and I modified the bracket so I could slide part of the bracket between the fuel tank and frame rail. It's been years, so I'll try to see if I have pics.
I tried the Seafoam, and not got zero results. The only thing that allowed my truck to run somewhat correct was running power service in the grey bottle. And by that I mean I ran an entire bottle, the big one at every fill up!
