I don't know if the 94 is the same as my 98, but the rear wheel speed sensor was the culprit in my case. It is located on the top of the rear differential. Do a search for this problem in the forums. I posted a similar question and someone responded with the technical info needed to test it...

I just ordered my from Hell Bent Steel and it is high quality! It has a powder coat finish and is definitely made to last! It installed easy and I am extremely happy so far! I replaced the track bar and aligned it at the same time, but the difference was dramatic! Just my $. 02
