I use a hair Dryer and light fish line. Get it really hot and usually they come off easy. But, the left over glue can be a struggle at best. Alcohol, is my choice. I'm sure something stronger would make it go faster.

Unacceptable speed rating for me. Minimum is 75. I have over 40k miles and on second set of Westlake. No issues other than at 15k miles they seem to wear down fast.
