So can I just remove the tail housing and bolt on the transfer case? No extra parts needed?

I have an auto (47rh) from a 2wd truck that I want to connect to a 241 transfer case. Can anyone tell me exactly what is different between the two that will need to be changed, and possibly offer some suggestions on where to acquire these items. Thanks

I just did the fix right before you, and then sent it to you. I was really impressed with the completeness of the kit. It sure was a long wait to get to use it though, but well worth it now that I feel safe.

I installed a boost gauge the other day, and it never reads zero, even with the truck shut off. It always reads at least 2. 5 lbs of boost. As boost climbs it reads fine, just never goes to zero.
