    ***UPDATE*** I took the truck to the dealer I purchased from here in Washington. This is how the repair order read " 49887 C/S CEL on. Found active codes P2196 02 sensor 1/1 stuck rich and P2BAC - NOx exceedence - Deactivation of EGR. PCM up-to-date. Needs SB 25-002-14. Removed and inspected 02...

    I live in Washington state, have a 2011 3500 H/O 6.7L Diesel, Auto, 4:10 gears and tow a 12.5 K 5th wheel.
