I know this is a old thread now just wanted to say on my 2007 5.9, it still hasn't thrown a cel even with the wires shear'ed off the fan clutch, I did save the plastic fan, and it doesn't overheat unless towing a trailer in stop and go traffic. James

HDR, I have a 07, and I upgraded to EFI Live, best decision ever!! I think it would be alot cheaper then messing with turbos and exhaust manifolds. If you want you can turn up the fuel a bit and use that Killer B to its full potential, or keep the power stock and just optimize for fuel economy...

Unless your sold on that Edge, EFI Live will wake that truck up and help that killer B spool, and can be used for diagnostic purposes. It can read, and record every sensor on that truck.

I would go EFI Live, they can customise your tune to what U like, and what the truck is capable of. They can also tune the transmission
