Good Morning, I have found an 03 Cummins with 21,500 miles. It sounds like a good deal and I am going to check it out. My question is that I think this 5.9 is the same as my 99 I have now. Has it improved, is it better to get the 04 to 06 HO. That was what I was looking for, but they all had over 100k and were around $23000. Is there anything I need to know about the 03 that would be a deterrent? Thanks for helping. I am leaving soon to go and check out this 03. Jaybo
