    05 dodge ECM and wiring issues

    So I bought this truck it's a 05 dodge 2500 4x4 auto. It has dual cp3 and a lot of other work. I rebuilt the motor and put it all back together. The motor runs fine except for the rail pressure it shows I'm running 28k psi at idle and even with the key just in the on position(truck not running)...
