    Hi, Can you tell me more about the reason the 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 is exempt from CA SMOG? Mine failed twice recently and the tags are due the end of this month. It passed no problem 2 years ago, but now it shows a misfire monitor. I live in the Auburn area and would appreciate more information...
