    I noticed Friday, that my Sterling shifts at 2500 rpm, and I couldn't get it to go any higher than that. Of course it's an automatic.

    I noticed what you said about lower reving. When cruising down the highway at 70 mph, it was turning about 2300 rpm. The tach only goes to 3000, but I've never noticed it get that high.
