    I have this noise behind the dash that seems to happen the worst between 1600 and 1900 rpm's. It is worse when the engine and fluids are cold. It kind of sounds like a dust shield scraping the left front rotor. I have pulled the wheels and checked for this. I also replaced the power steering...
