I answered my own question! Here is the solution to the fast blink:
I used one 50watt 8ohm resistor for each tail light
Positive turn signal wire feeds one side of the resistor and then into the tail light
Negative wire from tail light feeds the other side of the resistor and back into factory...
I have recently put on LED tail lights. The truck thinks that the bulb is out, because the LED has less resistance. I need to know what is the correct way to wire in a resistor to have them flash normally.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Unfortunately I believe I am out of the warranty unless stuff like this is covered longer. I have already tested the pins and there is no flashing.
Is there a charge to do the flash or is that something that they do as a recall item?
