Thanks for the reply link. I'll put a mechanical guage on it and see what it says. I got concerned when it was always reading 40-55psi and then suddenly started reading low after warmup. What is the normal range I should see with a mechanical guage? I still can't believe the Dealer said 10-30psi!!
17k miles on 2005 3500. Oil pressure reads 40+ on initial startup. After warmup, pressure drops to 20 at idle and doesn't return to 40 until over 1500rpm. Just started doing this past week. Took it back to Dodge dealer and they said the factory specs were 10psi at idle-30psi at 2500rpm...
