I put a 250 gallon dose in the tank yesterday and a whole bottle of Lucas fuel lubricant and it has stopped the problem so far. Knock on wood! The only thing that remains is when I tap the throttle to rev it up it comes down to 1000 rpm and hovers there kinda like a high idle. Any ideas on that?

where did you get the maxx links kit from? its a 3500 used on the farm and for towing so ride quality isnt a huge deal as much as the money part.

i am looking to get a pac brake for my 02 3500 5 speed and my 04. 5 2500 6 speed. i have heard that you need new valve springs for the exhuast brake or you will break the stock ones. is this true? if so what lb springs should i get for the two trucks. i would have thought that wouldnt need...

its a short ping/pop noise not every time but always iin the low gears when lettin out the clutch. could the carrier bearing be the culprit? the truck did sit alot before i bought it.
