Those are some awesome looking cats. I watched a special on them that lived on a ranch in South America. I would love to hear one of them roar once in the wild probably scare the s*** out of ya. AzCattle have you seen them on your ranch?
Yea but when I broke mine in my '99 it was my fault my 4-wheeler bumper hit it I thought I had it tied in good enough to keep it from rolling forward. NOT! The slider that I replaced it with was not as good as my factory one either.
I have heard of guys spraying some kind of clearcoat on the flares to make them look darker and it is suppose to keep them from fading anybody ever do this?
Howes is all I've ever used, does it's job, never had my 99 or 06 ever gel up. I've heard it helps to keep your tank as full as possible to keep condensation down.
Pre-Runner?
Prmizeski I just put the Kore HD leveling kit on last week and it raised mine 2 3/4" also just like you stated. Mine is a little higher now in the front also, I thought I read where they will settle a little bit once you get some miles on them. Now I need some more rubber to fill up...
I feel your pain having a problem returning some shocks I ordered I told the place the part # and they still sent wrong ones, at least they are taking care of the shipping on everything just seems like a lot of messing around, wish their was a local shop nearby but i live out in the boonies.
Hey Patmac just wondering how the install went? Mine is on the way, do they send new shock bolts or do the factory ones still work, someone told me the bushings on the Bilstiens are larger and i will need different bolts. Trying to save that extra parts run thanks.
Has anyone used Rancho's Quicklift leveling kit? If so opinions and installation time, or would I be further ahead to just go with a variable rate spring kit?
