:confused: I'm about to buy a 2016 Ram 2500 used from a private seller. Approx. 35,000 miles 6.7, Aisin, 4wd, SLT. Super clean truck. I also had been looking at a 2012 3500 with 58,000 miles Laramie, 6.7, 4wd, 68RFE also very clean. 16 still has warranty, 12 did not. I'm mostly buying the 2500...

:confused: I have an 03 2500 crew cab and am considering changing the fenders to a later version. Are the fenders and headlight units from the 06 and later able to be swapped without torch work or anything else onto the 03 truck? It looks like the hoods are the same on most except for the 10's...
