I have an older drain valve I bought from Geno's probably 15 years ago. It consists of a closed valve that replaces the drain plug and a short length of hose attached to the release mechanism for the valve in the oil pan. You screw the hose onto the valve and your oil drains. No worries about...

Thanks for the kind words about my wife. There are spacers on the top of the coils. They are about 2". I guess. The truck came already lifted. The rear is higher than my other '96, by about 2". Would just a leveling kit do that?
