2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission HVAC Issue 2001 Ram 2500 TD
My a/c works fine but only blows out of the defrost vents, will not switch to dash or floor. I can reach up under the dash and manually pull on the "plunger" arm to get it to come out of the vents, but it will not stay and will not do it on it's own. Does this mean the "plunger" thing needs...- JRicheson

Hey there, I am getting a P1693 on my truck as well. I've read the definition as posted but am unsure what exactly it means.
