the $1100 was just labor:) it will end up bout $3800 in parts. I called several shops and they seem to be bout the same. Goerend couldn't seem to call anyone back.

So i finally decided to tighten the bands on my transmission. Bought a disk, printed out the instructions, and never paid attention that it said 72 inch lbs not ft lbs. Of course it wouldn't move. I'm going to buy an inch lbs torque wrench tomorrow and re-torque. So my question is did i do any...

yes I loosened the lock nuts. adjusting screw turned fine I just had it set for ft lbs. what do you mean drop the vb replace it?
