i like my 17" wheels as well. since i have a 4X4 with a 2" lift in the front, the slightly bigger wheels make them feel more proportionate to the truck. the 16" oems always felt small. so with the 285/75R17 on my stock hubs i shouldn't need any backspacing or anything? just plug and play?

are the beds very different sizes so that a shell that fit on a 3rd gen wouldn't fit on my 2nd gen? both are longbed, for what it's worth.

Hey guys - back again! Same issue, it resolved itself last time and the truck had been running just fine for the past year +, but has resurfaced. So basically the issue is the voltage gauge shows the alternator sometimes charging sometimes not. I can see when it's charging when the needle sits...
