I have run mine on setting 9 with the regular revo SW and a stock transmission and it has held so far, however i don't abuse it such as powerbraking or boosted launches. I usually have the torque on mild or moderate, the timing and rail pressure set for stock injectors and boost control off. Have fun...

Thats understandable however I would say most manufacturers are willing to give at least tech help even if not warranteed. Some are better than others from what you hear on forums but I can't say I have had a bad experience yet! (knock on wood) good luck to you though!
Used programmers
I have bought two used performance mods one was a downloader and one was a plug and play module I didn't have any issues with either but it is a buyer beware kind of thing. I would like to think most of us are honest people who wouldn't want to screw a fellow enthusiast.
