update So i took the old valve to a local brake shop, and the guy told me that the one i purchased used with an upper and a lower valve on it was an updated version of the original. i installed and will update this thread when the truck is rolling

I know nothing about brake lines or standard sizes for lines or fittings. Whether they're standard or metric, these trucks are a ****in mixed bag. I do know that the upper lines going into the valve are a fine thread and the lower are course thread. I appreciate all of your 2 cents in the matter.

So the 1 I bought if u look closely it has a top and bottom valve. And the mounting bracket is angled differently

I'm not sure, never crossed my mind. I dont think that is even a consideration with the flared seating of the brake lines

Hey all, been scouring online and parts resources to no avail. I replaced my hydroboost a week or so ago and when I went to reattach my proportioning valve my dumbass stripped out the aluminum threads . I ordered a used 1 off ebay that I thought would work, turns out it's a little too different...
