Are you just estimating your hp - Tq, I think with your mods you may be discrediting your torque output. As far as bumping up the timing, if you tick with 15* like you said, you shouldn't have to worry about damaging your engine.

As much of a 12-valve guy as I am, I've gotta say, the motor looks like it was meant to be in there. BTW, very clean rig you got there!
