When the nanonet filter came out back in 2013ish, many thought the stock 2010-2012 in-tank pump would be insufficient to pump through the nanonet. Add a severe duty filter kit, the pump would be even more stressed. Was all of this just marketing for after-market filter and pumps??

The truck has just under 120K miles. Starting around 50K miles, the noise was barely audible and would show up just once in a while. Its gotten worse over the years and is starting to get annoying. Fortunately it is not noticeable unless you are sitting in the driver seat.
My 2012 2500 SLT has an intermittent vibration noise that occurs mostly at speeds above 50mph. The sound seems to be coming from behind the speedo/tach gauge cluster. Sounds like a worn cable inside a flex tube kind of like the old speedometer cables from long ago. Guessing these cables...
