Yea I would be careful letting the dealer touch my truck. Two weeks later and they are still trying to fix the rear main seal leak. I took it in and it was minor when I left the first time it was pouring oil out (after they replaced the seal). Still waiting to see what comes of this...
Took it in for the Transmission service and told them it looked like the oil pan gasket was leaking. They diagnosed the rear main seal leaking and something on the front of the engine. Said it wasn't covered by power train warranty. A quick call to FCA determined otherwise. Should be picking the...
Because its leaking and dealer says its not covered under powertrain warranty. They did confirm it was the rear main. Just looking for others input if i should push the issue further with the dealer.
Should the rear main seal be covered under the power train warranty? I have a 2014 ram 2500 6.7L 4x4. It is still under power train warranty and emissions warranty.
