I have a 350 1 ton , 4 X 4 duel ,a 97 if I could see the whole wording harness I could tell you better , on some the older ones has a solenoid to start and stop it , also the oil singer in far back of head on lift side .

I have a electric for a Cummings motor ,it works great , ant has bowl , with a vale and bypass the stock , the one one with rubber on out side is ma mainly to keep dirt out , is is leaking , it is from inside the pump , and there o rinks , you can fix , and no it should not leak from out side...
