Have an 2005 3500 SRW and the original Dodge steering box is very sloppy. I've tightened it up a few times but may be best to replace it.

I have a '05 48RE also, haven't had to change mine yet with 236k on the clock. May be the best hose and price you're going to find. I don't think Geno's has them.
