I was pretty certain it was the switch. Do you know if you can buy the driver's door switches individually? Or do you have to buy the whole panel of switches? If I have to buy the whole switch board the price is a little over $100 bucks. Which isn't that bad but I would rather buy only one of...
The problem pertains to my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500, 5.9 Cummins, 6 speed transmission.
I got in my truck today, turned the key on, and the driver's side front window rolled down automatically without me even touching any of the switches (I suspected a ghost or magic at first). Now the window won't go...
I'm lost then, because I checked the voltage at the blower motor, it came up with 12 volts so I tried changing the blower motor and it still doesn't work. Do you think it could possibly be the switch for the fan? This is getting frustrating
I did take the resistor out and look at it, everything looked to be intact and in good working order. I will check the voltage on the connector to the resistor this evening to see if it is putting out 12 volts. If that is not receiving 12 volts then it would be the ignition switch that is acting...
I checked the voltage and after reading this I realized I checked the voltage at the connector on the blower motor and it was giving me 12 volts. I didn't check the resistor, does it matter which I check? Anyhow, I replaced the blower motor and still no luck. Any more suggestions? Could it be...
I have a 2003 Dodge 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins and 6 speed transmission. The heater and A/C fan isn't working and my truck is spitting out the codes P0541 and P2607 which are low voltage at the #1 and #2 intake heater relays. Any idea how i can fix my truck? Winter is approaching and I would sure...
Wayne M. That looks like a pretty sweet setup. Did you make that mounting bracket or was all of that part of a kit you bought? I don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge about this stuff yet but I've found that if I have the right tools I can do most of this stuff fairly easily. I appreciate the...
Well it sounds like it definitely helped if your getting that high mileage on original injectors. I'll be looking into a pump because I know its only a matter of time before the original one goes out. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
I had two bad injectors on my '03 at 94K miles. I've heard plenty about the injectors for this truck but thought it was relatively early in its mileage life to have bad injectors. I've been doing some reading and found that it might be best to upgrade on the fuel filtration system. Just wanted...
My '03 had two bad injectors and had a hard start then eventually wouldn't start but cranked and once started up it ran like it should. This happened at 94,000 miles and caught me by surprise but once that was fixed it starts almost instantly. When it wouldn't start I would use just a touch of...
This is perfect! Just had to replace two of my injectors. I think if the others go out I'm going to do it myself, it's just to expensive with the cost of each injector.
