Who builds the best VP44 rebuild? What should I look for?

I checked all connections,lift pump makes pressurizing noise when I click the key to on position, everything looked fine to me, I clicked the key to back position 3 times, unhooked batteries and rehooked batteries back up, truck started fine, no check engine light anymore and tach works...

The codes that show up in the odometer window are PPCU, P1693, PDONE, PECU, P1690, P0341, PDONE. The codes are shown in that order.

Everything runs fine but check engine light is on and tachometer does not show a reading. Any ideas of whats going on? A wiring harness came loose?

Thanks JLandry, First off I am going to have the computer diagnosed i. e. the PCM. If thats not the case then I am looking into Goerend. Goerend seems to be one of the more reliable shops out there. Thanks for the info. Drew Mentzer

176,000 miles on transmission. Fluid and bands changed/adjusted every 30,000 miles. Not sure about codes stored in PCM.
