    2001 auto rpm high 900 and seems torque converter does not kick out. when you put it in neutral rpm surges and then comes down. can any one help

    2001 3500 has trouble starting out from a stop throttle seems dead then after a few secounds it takes off. lift pump presure is 10 lbs ,no error codes,reset the apps, am in fresno does any one know a good shop . THANKS
